Job Summary:
As an Agility Lead in Market Risk Tech, you will guide teams in adopting and advancing Agile practices. You will foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance, empowering teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Your leadership and coaching will help teams adapt to changing priorities and continuously improve. You will play a key role in shaping operational and business outcomes. Job responsibilities
1. Lead and coach teams to adopt and implement agile methodologies, promoting open communication and continuous improvement.
2. Facilitate effective events and sessions, such as reviews, retrospectives, workshops, and training.
3. Mentor and support individuals, teams, and the organization in agile mindset, culture, practices, and structure.
4. Develop and implement operational and transformation plans, prioritizing tasks and managing resources to achieve product goals.
5. Use advanced communication and facilitation skills to manage and influence stakeholders.
6. Identify trends and contribute to the development of new policies and best practices.
7. Inspire and motivate teams to embrace an agile mindset and drive positive change.
8. Partner with agile thought leaders to solve problems and increase adoption of agile practices.
9. Support de-scaling and scaling of agility, ensuring transparency and reducing dependencies.
10. Remove impediments to increase agility and effectiveness for teams and the organization.
11. Cultivate team health and effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
12. Expertise in coaching teams and individuals on agile methodologies and project management.
13. Advanced knowledge of product development lifecycle stages, methodologies, and best practices.
14. Strong understanding of agile delivery and multiple agile approaches, including Scrum, Kanban, XP, and scaling frameworks.
15. Solid understanding of de-scaling and scaling approaches for agility, such as Team Topologies, Nexus, LeSS, Scrum of Scrums, Scrum at Scale, or SAFe.
16. Ability to collaborate and influence people at various levels.
17. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging and guiding stakeholders.
18. Experience in software development, including leadership, engineering, or testing roles.
19. Experience as a Scrum Master and agile team coach.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
20. Scrum Master and Team Coaching certifications (., PSM 2/3, A-CSM, CSP-SM, ICP-ATF, ICP-ACC, ICE-AC).
21. Experience with tools such as Jira, Jira Align, Lucidspark, Confluence, or similar.
22. Background in financial services or regulatory industries.
