Full Stack Developer – PHP/Laravel
Salary: Up to £60k dependent on experience

Key Responsibilities of the Full Stack Developer role:
* Maintain, develop, and design the main website and associated platforms using PHP and Laravel.
* Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
* Collaborate with the design team to translate UI/UX concepts into functional web applications.
* Work closely with IT teams and architects to ensure seamless integration and scalability.
* Develop and maintain robust APIs for application interoperability.
* Manage configuration and deployment using tools such as Ansible.
* Troubleshoot and debug applications, ensuring high performance and reliability.
* Stay up to date with emerging web development technologies and trends.
* Implement security best practices to protect user data.
* Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, optimising processes and tools.
Requirements of the Full Stack Developer role:
* Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with strong expertise in PHP and Laravel.
* Experience developing transactional eCommerce platforms.
* Experience with database systems such as MariaDB, MySQL, and ElasticSearch.
* Knowledge of API development and integration (REST, SOAP).
* Understanding of web server configuration on Linux (Nginx, Redis, HAProxy, NewRelic).
* Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
* Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
* Experience with front-end frameworks such as Vue.js or React.
* Knowledge of containerisation technologies (Docker).
* Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
* Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
* Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
* Awareness of compliance requirements (PCI, GDPR).
