Role: Domestic Assistant
The role of Domestic Assistant includes:
1. Undertaking general duties such as maintaining cleanliness in communal areas, offices, and kitchens.
2. Ensuring all cleaning duties are completed to a high standard.
3. Identifying and reporting faults and hazards to maintain safety.
4. Managing stock levels, restocking as needed, and using equipment according to guidance.
5. Assisting in meal and drink preparation, adhering to food hygiene standards, and meeting customer needs.
6. Respecting and maintaining customers' privacy and dignity.
Skills and Experience:
* Experience in general cleaning duties is desirable.
* Experience in domestic or catering environments is preferred.
* Level 2 diploma in housekeeping/catering or willingness to achieve it.
* Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
* Understanding of health and safety in the workplace.
