Commercial Gas Engineer - Maintenance
Location: Grantham
Salary: £42,000 - £45,000 plus overtime, on call, company van with private use
The Opportunity - (Multi - skilled)Gas Engineer - Maintenance
We are recruiting for an experienced (Multi-skilled) Gas Engineer - Maintenance to join a leading Facilities Management company based in the Grantham area. You'll be delivering both planned and reactive maintenance across a variety of sites, covering systems such as commercial gas boilers, heating systems, water heaters, and associated controls. The role also involves fault finding, repairs, and installation works - with the backing of a stable, long-term position. As this is a multi-skliied the Engineer position you will take on other responsibilties such as basic electrics, water hygeine and PPM`s.
Sites include: offices, schools, and commercial buildings etc
Qualifications & Experience:
1. ACS Domestic/Commercial Gas qualifications - essential
2. Commercial gas modules such as CIGA1, CDGA1, TPCP1A (desirable)
3. NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing & Heating - preferred
4. Current Gas Safe Registration (company supported)
5. Proven experience in gas maintenance, servicing, fault finding, and installation across commercial environments
6. Full UK driving licence
