Engineering IQA & Assessor Full Time Permanent Up to £40,000 per annum We are working with a forward-thinking training provider seeking an experienced Engineering IQA & Assessor to join their team on a fully remote, permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a quality-driven professional who is passionate about maintaining high standards in engineering education and apprenticeship delivery. The Role: You will play a key role in both assessing learners and internally quality assuring engineering programmes. Working remotely, you will support the delivery of high-quality training, ensuring compliance with awarding body standards and continuous improvement across provision. Key Responsibilities: Deliver end-to-end assessment of engineering learners across relevant programmes Carry out Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) activities in line with awarding organisation requirements Support and standardise assessors to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback Ensure all documentation and processes meet compliance and audit standards Contribute to quality improvement strategies and continuous development Requirements: Level 3 Assessor qualification (essential) Level 4 IQA qualification (essential) Strong occupational background within Engineering Experience in assessing and quality assuring apprenticeship or vocational programmes Excellent organisational and communication skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment What's on Offer: Fully remote working Competitive salary up to £40,000 Permanent, full-time position Opportunity to join a supportive and quality-focused organisation Career development within a growing training provider If you are an experienced Engineering Assessor ready to step into a dual IQA role, or already operating at this level, we'd be keen to hear from you.
