We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced HR Adviser to support a large-scale TUPE transfer as part of a fast-paced mobilisation project.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can step in quickly, manage sensitive employee matters professionally, and help deliver a smooth and compliant people transition.
🔹 Key responsibilities:
* Support TUPE activity throughout mobilisation
* Coordinate employee consultation meetings and communications
* Manage employee liability information and TUPE documentation
* Maintain accurate employee data in line with GDPR
* Respond to employee and manager queries
* Work with operational managers and stakeholders to support workforce readiness
* Assist with onboarding and integration of transferring employees
🔹 Candidate requirements:
* Previous TUPE experience, ideally in a complex or large-scale environment
* Experience supporting consultation activity and HR projects
* Strong understanding of TUPE regulations and UK employment law
* Excellent organisation and attention to detail
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
* CIPD Level 3 and/or relevant TUPE experience
⭐ Experience within healthcare, justice, facilities management, care, custodial, public-sector outsourcing, or similar operational environments would be highly desirable.
