guest-focused Concierge to become a valued member of our outstanding Concierge team at Pan Pacific London.
You bring

JOB
SUMMARY
As a Concierge in our Front
Office team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional, personalised guest
experiences. As a true ambassador of Pan Pacific London, you will ensure every
interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. Your responsibilities will
include, but are not limited to:

Knowledge
of activities available in the City (theatres, exhibitions, concerts, shows,
sports, leisure activities, sightseeing tours, etc.)
·
Establish
a close relationship with the relevant partners in these areas to provide the
most up-to-date information, ticketing, reservations, etc.
· Excellent communicator across all key
stakeholders (guests, associates, suppliers, visitors, residents) to ensure a
memorable experience at Pan Pacific London.
·
Ensure the smooth operation of the Concierge Desk and manage our storage
space in an organised and efficient manner.
