You will be responsible for proactively sourcing and engaging top-tier candidates for a diverse range of roles, focusing heavily on Project Management and Construction professionals. This role demands a proactive approach, the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously (10-20 at any given time), and a deep understanding of European markets. You will report to a Talent Acquisition Lead and collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition Partners to ensure successful recruitment outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Proactive Sourcing & Pipeline Development: - Proactively source and engage candidates across a wide range of roles within CBRE's European business lines, with a strong emphasis on Facilities Management and Construction expertise. - Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future needs, leveraging a variety of sourcing strategies. - Conduct in-depth market research and talent mapping to identify and attract passive candidates across Europe. - Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including but not limited to Boolean search, X-Ray search, and social media mining to identify, engage, and qualify candidates. Candidate Engagement & Management: - Provide a best-in-class candidate experience, ensuring consistent and timely communication throughout the hiring process, from initial contact to offer stage. - Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing feedback, addressing inquiries, and guiding them through the recruitment process. - Collaborate with Hiring Managers and TA Partners to understand job requirements and provide qualified candidate slates in a timely manner. - Support TA Partners with offer negotiations and contract initiation, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: - Work closely with TA Leads and Partners to understand job requirements, manage priorities, and ensure alignment with business needs. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing regular updates and proactively addressing their recruitment needs. - Collaborate with other members of the Talent Acquisition and People team to share best practices, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to overall team success. Compliance & Reporting: - Ensure all activities comply with GDPR, Data Protection, and CBRE policies. - Maintain accurate records within the Avature ATS and other reporting systems, providing regular updates on sourcing activity and pipeline development. - Support efforts to reduce reliance on external agencies and manage relationships with preferred recruitment partners. Employer Branding & Diversity: - Promote CBRE's employer brand initiatives to attract diverse talent. - Actively participate in the TA team, sharing best practices and promoting inclusive recruitment strategies. Required Skills and Experience: - Proven Experience: Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with a focus on sourcing. - European Market Expertise: Proven experience sourcing candidates across Europe is ESSENTIAL. - Industry Background: Strong preference for candidates with experience in Facilities Management, Construction, or related industries. - High-Volume Capability: Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize a high volume of requisitions concurrently (10-20). - Sourcing Mastery: Expertise in a variety of sourcing methods, including: - Advanced LinkedIn Recruiter proficiency is MANDATORY. - Job boards (e.g., Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.) - Database searches - Social Media Mining - Networking and community engagement - ATS Experience: Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Avature preferred. - Communication & Interpersonal Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others. - Relationship Management: Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and TA partners. - Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. - Data Driven: Ability to utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and improve outcomes. - Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed organization and adapt to changing priorities. - Compliance: Thorough understanding of European employment law and data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR).
