Prospero Teaching is seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Secondary Cover Supervisors to join vibrant schools across Dorset from January 2026.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Cover Supervisor, you'll play a key role in keeping learning on track when teachers are absent. You will:
Lead classes and support students' learning using pre-prepared lessons
Maintain a positive and focused classroom environment
Manage behaviour confidently and professionally
Ensure continuity of learning across a variety of subjectsSubjects You Could Cover

Passionate about supporting young people and inspiring learningExperience & Qualifications
We welcome candidates with:
Experience working with young people (school-based or similar)
A degree or strong academic background (preferred, not essential)
Current safeguarding training (desirable - training can be provided)What You'll Need
