My client is currently looking for a fully qualified and experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser who can manage and lead a small team of Mortgage Advisers near Blackburn.
Responsibilities
1. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing their own clients and sourcing new areas of business.
2. You will lead a small team of Advisers and mentor less experienced team members.
3. Prospect and contact potential clients.
4. Complete full analysis of clients' needs.
5. Undertake product and market research.
6. Consider suitable products and conduct research.
7. Make suitable recommendations.
The ideal candidate
1. Experienced in all types of mortgage and protection products, with an existing client bank or professional introducer connections.
2. Able to work towards targets and generate new leads from other Fairstone offices.
3. Experience of growing a team.
Skills & qualifications
1. R05, CF1 and CF6 or CEMAP (or equivalent).
2. Proficiency in delivering presentations.
3. Knowledge of financial markets.
4. Ability to identify clients' specific needs and requirements.
5. Able to develop strategic relationships within the industry.
6. Proactive and demonstrates initiative.
