About the role
We're looking for an Admin Claims Handler to join our BT Customer Team, and play a key role in supporting our customers, dealing with queries and liaising with other companies, agencies and areas of the business to resolve issues.

Key responsibilities
* Rental damage management
* Keen understanding of 8x8 and tasks
* Proficient in email communication
* Communicate and collaborate with all parties to achieve an optimal repair journey.
* Provide accurate updates to team managers and customers as required
* Ensure that all SLA's are met and exceeded
* Manage own workload, prioritizing and ensuring all claims assigned are progressing and receiving a high standard of customer service
* Setting up new claims
* High attention to detail
* Proficient in use of software packages
* Experience of working in a target driven environment desirable
* Ability to multi- task
