We’re currently recruiting on behalf of our Northampton-based client, a leading machine supplier, for a skilled Machine Operator to join their growing team.
Shift: Monday to Thursday, 6:00am – 4:30pm
Pay: £12.50 per hour + overtime opportunities
Location: NN4 7JE
Role Overview
You’ll be responsible for operating and setting machinery, ensuring smooth production and high-quality output. The role includes working with milling machines and carrying out routine maintenance checks.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate and set machines safely and efficiently
* Work with milling machines
* Carry out basic maintenance and quality checks
Requirements
* Previous experience as a machine operator (milling experience desirable)
* Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
