Our client, a respected Main Car Dealership, is seeking a dedicated Senior Technician / Mechanic to join their skilled and dynamic team. On behalf of our Car Dealership Client, we are seeking Senior Technicians who meet the following minimum requirements:
10. NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds Level 2, or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
11. Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or Senior Technicia
12. Main Car Dealership experience is highly desirable, but candidates with strong experience in high-performing Independent Garages will also be considered.
13. Diagnostic and complex repair capabilities are a must.
14. Strong leadership abilities and a high level of technical competence.
15. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
16. A team-player mindset, working closely with the Workshop Controller, Parts Department, and other Technicians.
17. Confidence in mentoring junior team members when needed.
18. MOT Testing Qualification (preferred but not essential).
19. A full, valid UK driving licence.
