Office Administrator required for boutique finance firm in the West End!

This is a highly varied role with office management experience required. You will provide administrative support across the company including travel bookings, international travel arrangements, expenses management using Concur as well as document production. As part of the role you will support the HR, Legal and Compliance functions. You will also support the Investor Relations team including managing office administration, marketing materials as well as managing office supplies. A key part of the office management experience will be managing stock levels, placing orders and ensuring accounts are up to date with Reception such as florists and key clients.

This is a maternity contract starting from August 2026- November 2027, the hours will be 8-5.30pm five days in office.
