You will be responsible for supporting a team of seasoned property finance brokers who specialise in Bridging Finance, Development Finance and Commercial Mortgage solutions. This is a quality first, client focused brokerage built by experienced property professionals who genuinely understand development and structured finance. Experience required: Experience of managing bridging & development finance cases from enquiry to completion Researching and sourcing products Packaging complex deals (LTGDV, staged drawdowns, QS monitoring) Chasing lenders, valuers & solicitors to hit tight deadlines Securing DIPs quickly and progressing deals efficiently Ability to work in a fast-paced specialist finance environment Up to £50k Basic Bonus Benefits
