We are looking for a Building Compliance Administrator to join our successful Building Compliance team. This role is home based.
The successful employee will provide wide-ranging support to the Building Compliance team in delivering Display Energy Certificates, Energy Performance Certificates and Air Conditioning services to our clients.
Their responsibilities will include but not be limited to: -
* Data analysis: obtaining consumption/metering data from clients, suppliers or internal systems, compile suitable data summaries in excel allowing site assessors to complete and lodge building certification.
* Management/CRM system updates: provide ongoing timely updates to internal reporting systems, providing up to date and accurate information for management reporting, site scheduling and project management.
* Reporting: collate and provide required input to team and client tracking sheets to ensure accurate oversight of specific projects and team performance.
* Issue of lodged certificates: Ensure the correct and timely issue of compliance certificates to clients and update internal records and systems.
* Collaboration: Work with clients, suppliers and internal teams to obtain energy data and relevant information to enable service delivery. Assist in the maintenance and recording of detailed evidence packs and support clients and internal teams during project delivery.
* Communication and punctuality: Manage client engagement tools to ensure swift response and satisfaction. Attend internal meetings/on-line conferences as required, supporting the communication of progress updates.
* Teamwork: Aid other service areas of the energy ESG Team and wider group business as and when required. Assist in monitoring client queries, ensuring response in a timely manner. Be a key part of project delivery and continual improvement of existing services.
* Read and comply with the company’s Health and Safety Policy; taking reasonable care for the Health and Safety of themselves and others; co-operate with managers and other employees in fulfilling our objectives and statutory duties.
