Senior Director of Product Management - SaaS - West Midlands - £110K-£130K + bonus + bens
Based in the West Midlands, working on a hybrid basis, our well established successful multinational, currently experiencing growth within the SaaS space, is looking to appoint a Director of Product Management, focusing on revenue and cementing the company's vision and values going forward.
You will also focus on high-level product strategy, responsible for a group of teams, such as sales, engineering, support where your influence and input will give you the opportunity to influence both the future of innovative AI solutions and the success of a dynamic regional team.
Key responsibilities for the role
Product Leadership
• Establish and execute the vision and roadmap forthe organisations Revenue Intelligence and AI Platform products, ensuring alignment with overall strategic objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and expand the team of Product Managers responsible for delivering innovative revenue intelligence
• Collaborate closely with internal teams such as engineering, sales, design, to drive timely, optimum quality product releases.
•Accountable for Revenue Intelligence product line, reporting to C-suite, in strategy, clearly communicating the impact of such product strategy, the organisations priorities, and business influence.
Senior Leadership
• Serve as the senior leader for the West Midlands office, upholding the organisations' culture and values, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring strong cross-functional collaboration amongst the different internal teams all striving for the same goal.
• Serve as a central link between the regional UK team and global counterparts, ensuring clear communication, consistent alignment, and mutual accountability.
• Collaborate with HR and executive leadership on strategies related to hiring for internal teams across the board and where support and critical hires are needed.
• Support efficient information flow and operational coordination among all departments operating within the site.
The successful candidate:
• A minimum of 10 years in Product Management, including substantial leadership experience within SaaS, AI, or data-centric software environments.
• A history of successfully defining, managing, and executing complex product roadmaps in close collaboration with Engineering, with clear evidence of business results.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and grow high-performing Product Management teams, with a strong emphasis on coaching and professional development.
• Exceptional collaboration and influence skills within global, matrixed organizations, with the capability to drive alignment and outcomes without formal authority.
• Strong executive presence, paired with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across both technical and non-technical groups.
• A genuine commitment to fostering culture, engagement, and cohesive teamwork across multiple regions and time zones.
• The ability to balance long-term strategic thinking with rigorous operational execution and meticulous attention to detail.
• Authorization to work in the United Kingdom.
