I am currently supporting a client of mine in the legal sector with their search for an Executive Assistant. This is a brand-new position that will support the growing division of a well-established industry leading business.
Below is an overview of the responsibilities that this role comes with:
* Supporting the Partners with the delivery of key projects
* Formatting a variety of documents
* Diary management
* Booking hotels and travel
* Liasing with key clients and producing bills
* Preparation for business meetings and minute taking
* Arranging, organising and planning for meetings and events
* Maintaining client records
My client is looking for an experienced PA/Executive Assistant; someone that is ambitious, well-organised and able to work proactively in a methodical manner. Excellent problem-solving skills are also essential for this role.
It is essential for this role that relevant experience has been gained within the legal sector.
