We are looking for a Service Engineer to work on a permanent basis in Cheshire.
Salary is c£45-48,000 per annum plus company van, 23 days' holiday and bank holidays, pension, company bonus etc.
The role is UK Wide and there may be some overnight stays required.
Service Engineer job details:
To provide field-based equipment support, including installation, training, and routine preventative and corrective maintenance across the companys range of machinery and systems. Activities must deliver a high-quality service in line with company standards, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES for the Service Engineer:
1. Respond promptly and effectively to requests from the Service Desk to attend customer sites.
2. Install and carry out routine preventative and corrective maintenance on company equipment to the required standard, ensuring customer satisfaction.
3. Support customer training activities as required.
4. Provide technical telephone support to customers and internal staff.
5. Assist customers and colleagues in resolving issues, offering practical and appropriate solutions.
6. Communicate professionally, competently, and courteously with customers, suppliers, and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.
