Salary: £45,000 - 64,000 per year Requirements: Higher degree qualified in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline or equivalent experience Experience of ADAS feature system design & development, systems engineering & engineering V-lifecycle within an OEM or tier 1 Experience with ADAS Sensor Fusion systems, mono & stereo camera systems, and Radar system functional safety (ISO26262) is advantageous Experience in ADAS sensor calibration and tuning is a plus Documentation of Technical Specifications, DFMEA, DVP, Timing Plans, Minutes and Actions of Meetings Experience with Vector automotive products (or equivalent) such as CANoe, CANape, CANalyser is advantageous Previous experience with automotive communication protocols (CAN/Ethernet/LIN) Experience and understanding of vehicle level system integration in terms of hardware and software Organised, systematic, and understands the process of fault finding Ability to effectively manage time between multiple projects A valid UK driving licence Responsibilities: Responsible for the design and development of Front Camera and Radar fusion systems Define features, attributes, system design, and validation requirements from the concept stages Work on ADAS product roadmaps and technology demonstrators System specification DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) Functional safety BoM (Bill of Materials) management Validation planning Test specification Vehicle verification and validation Deliver all required elements of the Development Process (DP) to agreed gateway timings and cost Have multi-system, multi-vehicle responsibility Help shape the vehicle electrical architecture Technologies: Embedded Ethernet Hardware Sensor Fusion C++ SPICE More: At Tata Technologies, we make product development dreams a reality by designing, engineering, and validating the products of tomorrow for the worlds leading manufacturers.
