Ideal Candidate Skills
* Previous experience working within a residential conveyancing team
* Strong interest in property law and the conveyancing process
* Proactive and self-motivated approach
* Excellent client care and customer service skills
* Confident communication skills, both telephone and email
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Responsibilities
* Assisting with the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties
* Supporting on new build transactions, re-mortgages, Right to Buy, and Help to Buy schemes
* Preparing legal documents and correspondence
* Managing files, including opening, updating, and closing matters
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties
* Supporting fee earners with day-to-day conveyancing transactions
* Ensuring clients are kept updated throughout the transaction process
