Leading Healthcare provider - Eyecare | Salary: £35,000
Summary
This is a field sales role, covering one of the specified regions above - the key task of this role is to build relationships with optometrists, opticians and ophthalmologists (eye-care providers) and ultimately to encourage them to refer patients to our client when further specialist eye procedures are required.
Our client (the employer) have over 60 specialist hospitals across the country offering cataract surgery, laser eye procedures, AMD (Age-related Macular Degeneration) treatment and glaucoma services through modern facilities and highly efficient, structured patient pathways that help reduce NHS waiting times.
Everything you need to know about the role
As a Field Sales Executive, you’ll work externally across your region, building strong relationships with opticians, GPs and referral management centres. You will:
* Raise awareness of the organisation’s services, increasing referral pathways and strengthening market presence.
* Establish, build and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders
* Promote and attend events and presentations
* Identify market share potential
* Meet pre-agreed monthly KPIs
Experience and qualities that make you a strong fit
* At least 6 months of experience in a field sales role (even better if healthcare related)
* Educated to a minimum Bachelor's degree level
* Comfortable working independently and managing your own diary, travel and territory
* Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to open doors and build lasting professional relationships
* Organised, with good administrative discipline and attention to detail
* Full, clean driving licence and flexibility to travel across your region
