My Client are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Senior Designer with 8-10 years experience, specialising in workplace, looking to make the next step in their career, They work on a range of workplace, commercial development, hospitality and high-end residential projects. The ideal candidate will have high design standards and creative ability, aswell as being articulate and able to head up design team leads and engage with clients. A designer who is hands on with exceptionally high attention to detail and has experience working on mid-large workplace, commercial projects A good all rounder who can lead projects and has experience in workplace strategy. A designer who is comfortable working across all RIBA stages. Demonstrated leadership in managing design team members, overseeing project timelines, delegating responsibilities, and ensuring cohesive collaboration from concept through completion. Must be a team player and be able to collaborate and communicate with internal team from Director level to design team The ideal designer will have proven experience specifying interior & FF&E packages, producing and coordinating interior design and construction documents.
