Job Introduction Youll be based at Milestone, a high-support residential service for 14 men with a history of offending and complex presentation that may include dual diagnosis. You will be part of a social care team, working in partnership with clinicians employed by South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust and London Probation/ Police Services as well. As a Senior Recovery Worker, you'll make a real difference to people's lives. Role Responsibility Join our team and you will be responsible for your own caseload, undertaking & formulating risk assessments, and putting effective care and support plans in place. You will be required to work 37 hours per week, in a shift pattern including sleep-ins and weekends so youll need to be flexible with the hours you are able to work.
The Ideal Candidate Youll need previous relevant experience of using a person centred approach in a mental health setting and a good understanding of the complex needs of individuals we support. You will possess excellent communication skills, a flexible recovery focused approach, a positive attitude and be able to adapt in a changeable environment.
