Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children and families? We are looking for skilled and committed Social Workers to join our Safeguarding and Support teams. In this vital role, you will work directly with children, young people, and their families to create meaningful, lasting change. You will build trust, offer early help, and when necessary take decisive action to ensure children are safe and thriving. We work collaboratively with families, empowering them while keeping the child’s voice at the centre of everything we do. We strive for continuous improvement and inclusivity, supporting families through challenges and ensuring safe care arrangements are handled professionally.

About You
 * Passionate about safeguarding children and supporting families
 * Skilled in assessment, planning, and delivering interventions
 * Committed to working collaboratively, inclusively, and creatively
 * Resilient, reflective, and confident in making difficult decisions
 * Able to work effectively within a supportive team environment
 * Registered with Social Work England and hold a recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
Information about the Service
We have six teams across three locality offices: South, North, and Central. Each team includes a Team Manager, Senior Practitioners, Social Workers, and Family Support Workers. Teams provide flexibility for home working, fostering a supportive culture, and restorative practice that is embedded in our management style.
