Job Duties:
* Plan, prepare and deliver high-quality MFL (Modern Foreign Languages) lessons to students
* Assess and evaluate students' progress, providing feedback and support where necessary
* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
* Attend staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development sessions as required
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Degree in a relevant MFL subject
* Knowledge of the UK National Curriculum for MFL
Education:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant MFL subject
Experience:
Previous experience teaching MFL in a school setting preferred
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong understanding of language acquisition and teaching methodologies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
* Organisational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate qualification in Education or MFL
* Experience working with students of varying abilities and backgrounds
Working Conditions:
The MFL Teacher will primarily work in a classroom setting within a school environment. The role may involve some additional duties such as extracurricular activities or parent communication outside of regular school hours.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
