Leading the commercial side of projects to protect margins and control risk
Working closely with project teams and senior leadership to ensure profitability
Overseeing contracts, cost reporting, and compliance (NEC/JCT)
Acting as the commercial “go-to” on projects up to £10m
ABOUT YOU
Strong track record in commercial management within civils/groundworks
Solid knowledge of contract law, cost control, and risk management
Civil engineering qualification (HNC/Degree) + CSCS card
Confident communicator with good IT skills
