About the Role:
* Deliver targeted 1:1 and small group interventions to support student progress
* Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
* Help create a positive, inclusive, and motivating learning environment
* Work collaboratively with teaching staff to support students with varying needs
* Apply and strengthen your subject knowledge in a real classroom setting
* Support classroom management and contribute to a focused learning atmosphere

* A relevant degree and strong subject knowledge

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Confidence, adaptability, and a proactive approach

* Previous school or youth-based experience (desirable but not essential)
