Job Title: Compensation Manager

Salary: £70,000

Location: Hybrid/West London


As the Total Rewards Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Head of Total Rewards in shaping and executing the global compensation strategy. This is a key position that combines strategic input with hands-on delivery, contributing to the evolution of our reward frameworks, data insights, and internal equity initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

* Partner with the Head of Total Rewards to implement and enhance compensation philosophy and overarching reward strategy.
* Drive the development and maintenance of foundational compensation structures including job architecture, salary bands, and internal frameworks.
* Lead the end-to-end management of annual compensation reviews and bonus planning cycles.
* Conduct robust salary benchmarking to support hiring decisions, internal job changes, and annual pay reviews.
* Oversee participation in external market surveys, interpreting results to inform pay positioning and strategy.
* Perform regular internal pay equity audits to ensure fair and compliant compensation practices.
* Build and maintain reporting tools and dashboards to deliver data-led insights to senior leadership.
* Ensure timely delivery of statutory and internal reporting requirements, including UK Gender Pay Gap reporting.
* Act as a key advisor to HR Business Partners, providing expertise on compensation policies, programs, and best practices.
* Maintain and improve data accuracy within Workday, particularly within the Advanced Compensation module.
* Line manage and support the development of the newly established Total Rewards Analyst role.


Key Skills, Experience & Attributes

* Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
* Advanced proficiency in Excel, with experience handling complex datasets.
* Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively across teams.
* Solid understanding of the EU Pay Transparency Directive and its implications.
* Demonstrated experience in a Total Rewards or Compensation Manager role, ideally within a global or fast-growing environment.
* Hands-on experience with job evaluation tools.
* Proficient in interpreting compensation survey data, ideally from providers such as Croner and Radford.
* Prior experience within a scaling Total Rewards function is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with Workday is a strong advantage.
