Southampton, Totton. (Hybrid Working, 2 days a week from home after successful completion of probation)

Purpose of the role:
Responsibility for Customer Accounts, processing of orders, and daily maintenance of order schedules, resolving issues and queries. Communicating on Availability, Pricing and Product information.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Be the point of contact for customers for any queries or issues that are order related.
2. Using Oracle to process and acknowledge orders on a daily basis.
