The Role: Managing new client enquiries and the onboarding experience Issuing new business quotations for conveyancing and related services Following up with potential clients to convert quotations into new instructions Liaising with the legal and finance teams to ensure smooth handover of new matters About You: Experience in client onboarding, conveyancing quotes or a similar role within a law firm Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong attention to detail and confident managing multiple enquiries
