Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 am - 4:00 pm
Hourly Rate: £26.82 per hour
We're looking for an experienced Carpenter Multi Trade to join a responsive maintenance team delivering repairs and maintenance services across a social housing contract within Kensington & Chelsea.
Responsibilities:
1. Carrying out a variety of reactive and planned maintenance tasks across council-owned properties.
2. Hanging doors and frames, fitting kitchens, and installing structural flooring finishes.
3. Replacing locks, fitting baths and basins, tiling, painting, and decorating.
4. Using a handheld electronic device to receive job instructions, update progress, and log completed works.
Requirements:
5. Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
6. Level 2 NVQ Carpentry
