to take ownership of our cloud infrastructure, DevOps processes, and IT operations. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our systems are secure, scalable, and cost-efficient—while enabling high-quality code delivery across the organisation.
What You’ll Do
General Responsibilities Design, maintain, and optimise secure, scalable, cost-effective cloud architecture Troubleshoot, monitor, and automate workflows within AWS Enforce best practices for deployment, backup, access control, and monitoring AWS Cloud Infrastructure Co-own AWS environment, including: Networking & Infrastructure:
VPC, Route53, ALB Compute & Containers:
EC2, ECS, EKS, Lambda, ECR, Parameters Storage:
S3, EFS Databases & Caching:
RDS | Redis, TimeScaleDB, Postgres, SQL Server Monitoring & Security:
CloudWatch, IAM, KMS Azure DevOps Administration Manage full development lifecycle with Azure DevOps: Repos, PRs, branching strategies Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and release management Oversee artifacts, sprints, dashboards, and governance Drive high-quality code delivery through strong DevOps practices Microsoft 365 & IT Operations Manage Teams, Exchange, and user lifecycle Configure shared mailboxes, distribution groups, and permissions Oversee onboarding/offboarding workflows and password policies Security Leadership Implement information security policies across cloud and endpoint environments Deploy device control measures for company and personal devices Reduce risk of data leaks through best practices and awareness initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications 5+ years in AWS infrastructure management (hands-on with services listed above) Proven experience with Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Boards, Artifacts) Strong understanding of CI/CD, Git workflows, IaC, and automation tools Experience managing Microsoft 365 and general IT administration Strong grasp of cloud and endpoint security best practices Independent operator with ownership mindset Excellent communication and documentation skills in English Preferred Qualifications AWS Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, or Microsoft 365 Administrator certifications Experience with device management & endpoint security (e.g., Intune, MDM) Familiarity with Terraform or similar IaC tools Experience scaling DevOps in fast-growth environments Security integration within CI/CD pipelines Why Join Us?
