Prof. Hong Deng’s research team at the University of Nottingham Ningbo China is seeking an outstanding Postdoctoral Research Fellow to contribute to the postdoctoral research station in Business Administration and help advance the university’s research agenda.
Responsibilities
* Formulate and articulate research objectives and develop proposals for individual and collaborative projects.
* Analyse data meticulously, interpret findings, evaluate scholarly texts, and provide innovative insights while meeting project deadlines.
* Write up research for publication and present at national and international conferences.
* Identify opportunities and support the production of grant proposals.
* Build relationships with internal and external contacts to facilitate collaboration and secure funding.
Qualifications
* PhD obtained within the last 3 years in Applied Psychology or Organizational Behaviour.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
* High analytical ability to interpret data, evaluate texts, and generate new insights.
* Experience with relevant research approaches, models, and methods.
* Ability to assess resources, plan effectively, and manage projects.
* Demonstrated skill in building collaborative relationships.
* Some practical experience applying specialist techniques required for the role.
Remuneration and Benefits
* Fixed‑term contract of 2 years with a minimum annual salary of 269,906 RMB.
