We’re partnering with a number of established London architecture and design studios who are looking for skilled Architects, Technicians, and Part 2/3 Assistants to join their teams on a contract basis. Projects span residential, commercial, education, and mixed-use sectors, offering the chance to contribute to high-profile, design-led work. For the right candidates, there is potential to extend or transition into a permanent role.
These roles are best suited to delivery-focused professionals with strong Revit expertise, proven experience across later project stages, and the ability to collaborate seamlessly within multi-disciplinary teams.
Key responsibilities
* Deliver work across RIBA Stages 3–5
* Develop and coordinate technical packages and detailed design documentation
* Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and in-house teams
* Produce accurate Revit models, drawings, and technical details
* Ensure the smooth delivery of high-quality, buildable design solutions
Key requirements
* Professional experience at Architect, Part 2/3, or Technician level
* Proficiency in Revit (essential) – modelling, detailing, and documentation
* Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and planning policy
* Experience with HRBs or multi-unit housing is highly desirable
* Additional skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Adobe Suite are a bonus
* Availability to start immediately or within 1–2 weeks preferred
