About the Role
You’ll play a key part in maintaining production efficiency across a modern manufacturing facility, delivering high-quality engineering support and ensuring all equipment runs safely and effectively. This position requires a logical, professional approach, strong workmanship, and the ability to adapt quickly to operational needs.
Shift Pattern
Days – 6am to 6pm
* Week A: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
* Week B: Wednesday, Thursday
Nights – 6pm to 6am
* Week C: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
* Week D: Wednesday, Thursday
Key Responsibilities
* Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical breakdowns.
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive repairs to high engineering standards.
* Complete corrective actions and accurately record all work on the site’s CMMS.
* Maintain strong attention to detail, ensuring thorough analysis and reporting.
* Demonstrate a positive work ethic and commitment to continuous improvement.
* Build effective working relationships across all site functions.
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer within a manufacturing setting.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills.
* Food manufacturing experience is advantageous but not essential.
