In this role, you will work closely with class teachers to support pupils with additional needs across the early years and primary age range, helping them access the curriculum and develop confidence, independence, and key learning skills. Role: Teaching Assistant Hours: Flexible options - Full-time, part-time, and day-to-day cover available Location: Doncaster Pay: £90-£110 per day (inclusive of holiday pay) Start Date: ASAP You will provide tailored support on a one‑to‑one and small‑group basis, assisting children with a range of additional needs, including SEND, SEMH, communication, and learning needs. This may include supporting behaviour, emotional regulation, social interaction, and engagement with classroom activities. We are looking for individuals who are patient, caring, and adaptable, with strong communication skills and a nurturing approach. Experience supporting children with additional needs in a primary school, EYFS setting, or similar environment is highly desirable.
