We’re hiring a Director of Business Development (Sales Development) to build and lead that function.

What you’ll own
* Global BDR strategy across EMEA and North America (with scope to scale)
* Leadership of a distributed, high-performing BDR team
* ICP definition, outbound motions, and qualification standards
* Coaching, development, and progression into AE roles
* Close partnership with Sales and Marketing
