The collective purpose of the client services team within STM_grp is to develop lasting and meaningful relationships, founded on ‘perpetual thinking’ and innovation, to drive client and agency profit and growth.
What makes us different is our collaborative, hands-on approach. You’ll have the chance to work on a variety of exciting projects, build genuine relationships, and make a real impact.
Location & Our Working Style
Please note that this role is based in Manchester, and our hybrid working model requires a minimum of one day per week in the office.
Who This Role is Perfect For
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 2-3 years of agency experience who’s ready to take the next step and gain more responsibility. If you’ve worked in a creative agency environment and want to broaden your experience, this role offers the chance to learn, grow, and make a real impact in a supportive, collaborative team. You’ll need confidence in client-facing situations and a proactive mindset, but you don’t need decades of experience just the ambition to develop and contribute ideas.
The Role
The role of Account Manager will see you take a proactive approach to managing a diverse portfolio of client accounts. You’ll focus on building strong, long-term relationships through exceptional client satisfaction, clear communication, quality control, and profitability.
As an Account Manager, you’ll ensure each client receives the highest level of individual attention and that all projects are delivered on time, on budget, and on brief. You’ll work closely with internal teams to drive performance, uphold standards, and continually look for ways to add value.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, thrives in a collaborative environment, and brings ideas, energy, and insight to the team.
