They are now seeking an experienced and motivated Workshop Service Engineer to join their team in Rochester, Kent. The Role As a Workshop Service Engineer, you will be responsible for: Servicing, repairing, and refurbishing a range of forklifts and materials handling equipment (gas, electric, and diesel). Diagnosing faults and carrying out efficient repairs to minimize downtime. Refurbishment and respray work when required. Ensuring compliance with all health and safety standards. Key Requirements Proven experience as a Maintenance/Service Engineer, ideally within forklifts, HGV, plant hire, or similar sectors. Background in marine or armed forces engineering also advantageous. Strong mechanical and hydraulic knowledge with fault-finding expertise.
