Interim HR Partner role
Job Description
The Interim HR Partner will:-
Providing daily HR support and advice to managers and staff
Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues
Conducting thorough and objective investigations when necessary
Working closely with the HR team to drive organisational change initiatives
Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment legislation and standards
The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim HR Partner should have:
* Proven HR experience in the FMCG/Manufacturing industry.
* Generalist HR experience managing complex case management and supporting HR projects.
* Excellent people management skills and the ability to approach issues with empathy and fairness.
* Knowledge of HR best practices and current regulations.
What's on Offer
£50k - £55k FTC + Benefits.
The role will be 3 days a week on site in Coleford, 2 days working from home. ASAP start - 8 month
Interviews will be held via Teams this week.
