You will bemercially aware and strive to offer a high level of customer and operational service within this FMCG business.The Operation’s Coordinator takes the lead by unifying all back of house operations. You will have the passion for shaping all routes to market; product research, purchasing, fulfilment, stock logistics, stock inventory and analysis of key supply initiatives, which supports the team and drives sales goals across the business.You will embrace the desire to further the relationship with our clients to drive lifetime loyalty and increase AOV. Bringing together both operations and sales functions you will add value to the operations at all levels, through the product lifetime cycle to actively driving sales trends, product appraisal and performance.You will be passionate about this role and have a positive can-do attitude. You will be able to multi-task and work well under pressure. A pro-active problem solver with excellentmunication skills both written and verbal.

What you'll get in return
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 depending on experience
Contract: Permanent with 6 month probation period
Hours: Full-time five days a week, Monday to Friday to 5pm
