Overview
We are seeking a passionate, and dedicated part-time Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our client, a well-established nursing and residential care home located in the peaceful village of Stanton Drew, near Chew Magna. This comes with an hourly rate of £20 per hour, working 25 hours per week. As a Night Nurse (RGN), you’ll be working closely with a supportive team in a homely, person-centred environment that puts resident wellbeing at the heart of everything we do.
Responsibilities
* Provide safe, high-quality clinical care to residents during night shifts
* Administer medication, dressings, and treatments in line with clinical protocols
* Develop and maintain person-centred care plans
* Monitor and manage chronic conditions and respond promptly to any changes in residents health
* Support care staff and lead by example to ensure consistent, compassionate care delivery
* Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and the wider healthcare team
What We’re Looking For
* A qualified RGN with a valid NMC PIN
* Experience working in elderly or dementia care is preferred
* Strong clinical knowledge and sound judgement in emergency situations
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* A compassionate and person-centred approach
* Reliable, committed, and a strong team player
