Occupational Health Team Leader - Acton
Our client based in Acton is looking for an Occupational Health Advisor Team Leader to work on a full‑time, permanent basis.
The Role
* Hybrid, 3 days on site and 2 days from home
* Line managing a team of 10 clinicians
* Supporting all aspects of the full OH remit
* Support with recruitment and training needs
* Undertaking, reviewing and recording regular clinical competency reviews with individuals
* Meeting the strategic aims of the emergency response, treatment and OH service
* Working closely with sight operations and multiple stakeholders on multiple sites.
Essential Requirements
* NMC Registered Nurse
* OH Degree/Diploma
* Case management experience
* Senior / Line management experience
