Responsibilities as our Digital Marketing Assistant will include: Deliver engaging marketing content across our websites and email platforms, ensuring alignment with brand standards and campaign objectives. Build and schedule high-quality email campaigns and maintain automated email workflows. Create, edit, and publish website content aligned with SEO and GSO strategies. Collaborate with creative teams to produce web pages, landing pages, and email content that drives results. Ensure all content meets brand guidelines and is fully optimised for desktop and mobile. Troubleshoot and check data on the website, flagging or resolving issues where appropriate. Pull and summarise analytics data from GA4 and Dotdigital, providing clear and actionable insights. Maintain GDPR and PECR compliance across email campaigns. Stay up to date with best practices in email marketing, web content, and digital optimisation. What we’re looking for in our Digital Marketing Assistant: A qualification, background, or strong interest in marketing or digital content. A fundamental understanding of SEO and how it supports digital growth. Awareness of current technology and digital marketing trends. Excellent attention to detail and a quality-first mindset. Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines. A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn new tools and techniques. Familiarity with email platforms, CMS tools, or analytics software is an advantage.
