Executive Assistant Opportunity | Birmingham | Legal Sector

Hybrid

I’m currently working with a well-established legal firm that is looking to appoint an experienced Executive Assistant to support a busy team of senior professionals in their Birmingham office.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building strong working relationships, and managing multiple priorities with professionalism and accuracy.


Key responsibilities

* Complex diary and meeting coordination
* Travel and event management
* Supporting client communications and business development activities
* Assisting with billing, reporting, and financial administration
* Preparing documentation, correspondence, and presentations
* Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders
* Managing workflows and ensuring deadlines are met efficiently


Qualifications

* Previous experience in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative role
* Experience within the legal sector or a similar corporate environment
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* The ability to work proactively and manage competing priorities
* Excellent attention to detail and a collaborative approach
