Our hotels operate 24/7, with a lively Pub & Grill and health club. As a Night Porter, you'll ensure exceptional service throughout the night, supporting all departments, from check-in to room service and bar service. This varied role involves engaging with every stage of the customer journey.
What we need from you:
* Understanding of excellent customer service.
* Ability to resolve guest issues efficiently and positively.
* Self-initiative and independence.
* Knowledge of what a good job looks like.
* Strong relationships with all hotel departments.
