The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate for a Project Engineer with 2+ years of experience in commercial and residential projects should have a strong understanding of construction processes, engineering principles, and relevant building codes. They should be detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Experience with project management software, budgeting, and quality control is a plus. The candidate should also be proactive, adaptable, and able to work well in a team and on-site environments.
