Who We Treat
We welcome a wide range of patients including dogs, cats, ferrets, rabbits, reptiles, and pocket pets. Our team uses progressive techniques and protocols, supported by modern technology such as:
* Cloud-based medical records
* Digital radiography

* In‑house diagnostic laboratory
Key Responsibilities
* Educating and supporting clients
* Answering and managing incoming phone calls
* Scheduling and rescheduling appointments
* Problem‑solving and finding solutions
* Liaising with doctors to address client questions and concerns
* Processing online prescription approvals
* Managing client emails
* Communicating with insurance providers
* Transferring and receiving medical records
Required Qualifications
* Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
* Experience in one or more of the following settings:
o Veterinary hospital
o Medical/dental call center or front desk
o Doggy daycare/kennel
* High school diploma or GED
* Proficiency in:
o Exceptional customer service and phone etiquette
o Multitasking in a fast‑paced environment
o Clear and empathetic communication
o Time management and organization
o Problem‑solving and patience
