Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 or small group support to students with SEND (e.g., ASD, ADHD, SEMH) Assist in implementing EHCP strategies and learning plans Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being Support with personal care or mobility needs if required Work collaboratively with teaching staff, SENCOs, and parents Requirements: Experience working with children with SEND (school-based or equivalent) Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant) are desirable This is a rewarding role for someone passionate about inclusive education and making a real difference in children's lives
